What is the Validity Period of a Registered Trademark in Singapore?

The validity period of a registered trademark is initially 10 years from the application filing date. It can be renewed thereafter (with renewal fees) for successive 10-year periods.

However, the trademark may face revocation if there is no genuine use of the registered good or service within 5 years or if the registered good or service remains unused for an uninterrupted 5-year period after registration, without a valid explanation.
