What is a Dependant’s Pass

A Dependant’s Pass in Singapore is a visa that allows eligible family members of Employment Pass, EntrePass, or S Pass holders to reside in Singapore for the duration of the pass holder’s employment.

It is typically granted to legally married spouses and unmarried children under 21, enabling them to live in Singapore with the pass holder.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a Dependant’s Pass in Singapore, applicants must be immediate family members (spouse or unmarried children under 21) of an Employment Pass, EntrePass, or S Pass holder.

They must also meet criteria set by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), including submitting required documents and maintaining legal status.

Application Process

The Dependant’s Pass application in Singapore requires the sponsor (usually an Employment Pass, S Pass, or EntrePass holder) to apply on behalf of the eligible family members, submitting documents like passport copies and marriage or birth certificates.

Once approved, the pass allows eligible family members to live in Singapore while the sponsor is employed.
